Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Nice touch to have the robes in the room.
We wanted a room that never had pets or smokers in. The receptionist advised that 3rd floor did not allow pets and smokers where only on 4th floor. When we went to view the 3rd floor room a dog was barking in the adjacent room, a man got off the elevator on 3rd floor with a dog on leash and an occupant on the 3rd floor advised she had 2 cats in her room. In the end we did end up on 3rd floor in a very clean and quiet room and no allergic responses. So all in all it turned out good.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service and friendly demeanor from the front desk staff, upon my arrival. Even though I had been awake for more than 24hrs, and looking a little worse for wear, the front desk staff still treated me with grace and respect. I spent 3 nights at this hotel, and every employee I met was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay while on business, I reccomend the quality inn & suites! They still believe in great customoer service.

All in all everything was nice, had a very enjoyable stay except for one night of a 4 night stay. The location was comfortable - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We dined at a pretty good nearby restaurant with American dishes.

Clean, modern, nice staff who were quite helpful, good breakfast.
Everything was fine. I would have liked the location to be closer to downtown, but I realize you can't pick the hotel up and move it!

The availability of rooms, they were hard to find in the city for this past week so was very pleased to get a room at the Quality Inn. The staff behind the front desk were very friendly, also the folks in the pub.
I did not like the breakfast not being available until 7:00 am. Most folks who are in town for business, usually are on their way into the office by 7:00 am, at least I am. A 6:30 am would be a better time to start.

We liked the friendly and efficient staff. Always had a smile and worked very hard to insure that we were looked after. The clerk Patti was very nice and was ready to answer any of our questions. I look forward to staying again on 22 of june. The breakfast was hot and the lady looking after it provided smooth and calm service, swell as good value in the food presented.
The bar was not up to your hotel standards, the food was not worth the money or time. The staff again were great but the menu and food were sub standard.
